Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all soaps and personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Since these items come in direct contact with the skin, we cannot accept returns or exchanges to ensure your safety and ours.

  • Our soaps are handmade, natural, and crafted with pure ingredients — they cannot be resold once opened or handled.

  • Returning opened or used products compromises hygiene and safety.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

Your satisfaction is important, and we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective due to manufacturing issues

  • Incorrect product (wrong item or quantity)

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After 24 hours, orders are processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled.
