Thank you for shopping with Hipura Industries. We strive to ensure that our handmade soaps meet the highest quality standards. However, due to the nature of our products, please note the following terms regarding returns and refunds:


🚫 No Returns Accepted

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all soap and personal care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Once delivered and accepted by the customer, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges, unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.


📦 Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact.hipura@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide your order details and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

  • We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.


💸 Refunds 

  • Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products, or if an order is cancelled before shipment.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is initiated.


Cancellations

  • Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, the order is processed and shipped, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
